譚國華

Hong Kong ordered TAM KWOK WAH, the Formosan rebel, to

whether the guns have been tested and whether aeroplanes

are constantly there.

"C" (2) The enemy's spy IWAI, stationed in Hong Kong, has

recently cabled to the Japanese Consulate in Shanghai
